It's not a cheat everyone can do it. It doesn't make you invincible, you can mess it up and die or miss your shots.

So? How are loadouts any different? Everyone has access to loadouts.

Nobody said loadouts were cheats. They were just unbalanced because not everyone started out the same.

BXR means not everyone starts out the same.

Not all at the same time. For a fair comparison it'd be like me spawning and only being able to do the double melee combo while you can do the quad shot. You have something i don't. Everybody has access to all the button combos from start and can learn them, just like trick jumps.

What? Something which some people know about versus something only dedicated players know? That seems hardly fair. I prefer knowing I got beat because someone had a better gun than using exploits, as far as I'm concerned, it should be classed as cheating. Regardless, I doubt I'll play H2 online if a large majority o people are using this.
