Does anybody else think that Marty might be in the wrong? Just slightly? Bungie did not say anything bad about Marty throughout the whole process, but Marty sued Bungie in revenge. I havew much respect for Marty and admire him for his skills as a composer but I heard that he was asking to be paid too much.

Do you know who he is? "Marty sued bungie in revenge"... my god. Do you know what the entire purpose of suing is? Its a good thing bungie is held accountable for what they did. Remember, they fired the composer and audio director (working at bungie for a long time) for no reason. They keep it a secret.
