  • It's more like of the plant produce enough energy then it's not going to going to do much good. These coal plants produce electricity you know. If they can't produce enough electricity because they're being forced to cut their emissions than how do you'll be able to use your TV or computer? Don't get me wrong cutting emissions is great but not to the point where the plant can't support itself

  • True, but how any people can afford putting solar panels on their homes or a wind mill? Coal is still a major asset to the US and until we can figure a way to make green energy more affordable then we are going to have to rely on coal till then.

  • But that depends on the size of the unit, where it is located, and how many the customer needs. Not to even mention the maintenence of the panel itself. Those tiles aren't exactly made of the toughest materials. I just don't see a low income family having one. If they do I doubt it'll be enough
