I have not had too may instances of this happening, but when it does it's usually somebody I don't recognize as a 'common' member. My way to deal with them is (process of elimination); -make an attempt to show them their error in judgement -ignore them -report them if they cross the CoC -mute them Most commonly ignoring them is all it takes, but in a few instances it is clear that they will not relent in being a total dick, so they go bye bye. I have noticed that these particular individuals end up banned. Wonder why that is. Hmmmmmmmmm
