Why does Destiny look so boring?
Destiny doesn't look like fun. The gameplay looks so easy.The universe doesn't make any sense (what the -blam!- is a mythic scifi?) Why would I want to play with a fire team? So that other people can steal my kills? They'll just get in the way. The scenery looks so dull and gloomy, why would anybody play in such a place? You guys makes such false expectations that half of this forum would end up returning this game because it wasn't as cool as you thought it would be.

10 RepliesSorry everybody for being such a trolly poopoo head. I realized that destiny will over 9000 GOTYs. It instantly topples halo, cod, borderlands. gears of war, sky rim, titan fall, assassins creed, mario, gta, and every single game ever made. In destiny, all that matters is working in a teeeeeeaammmm!!! FRIENDSHIPIS MAGGGGGIIIIIIIC!!!!1111!!!!! How can i be so dump for not accepting destiny into my life any sooner? I can't wait to get into a fire team to suck my fellow guardians' thunder lords!!!! So what class will you pick? Im gonna be a vanguard even though nobody knows what it even is LOLZ!!! This intelligent community brought some insight that was simply brilliant. They, no doubt, must've graduated with high honors in one of most prestigious universities in the world.

4 RepliesFor your type of play style, I guess Destiny would be boring. One thing that I can only disagree with you on as my opinion (and many other's) is the scenery. I love the scenery and the look of it personally. As for the fire team, I love team games, and so does a HUGE portion of the online population. Games like team fortress 2 have entire classes made without the goal of kills in mind, because that really isn't what the game is about. It's about teamwork. My final point would be that it's rather crappy of you to put your opinion as fact. When you ask "why does Destiny look so boring," you're stating it as a fact that it looks boring, when the majority of people who will read this would say otherwise. Please don't just post negative things like this on a forum full of guys (like myself) fanboying over the game. It just frustrates people, which may or may not be your goal.

Or, if you don't think that, you have the option of going solo, and can avoid public areas. 15 Repliesif this looks boring, how the hell do you maintain being a gamer? every other game on the market, looks like shit compared to destiny. Even watch dogs doesn't come close to this game because it lacks the sheer amount of artistic creativity destiny has in every aspect. what is a fun game for you?

1 ReplyFirst of all, it isn't the final product yet so anything can change. The worlds are probably huge enough to keep you and your explorer heart busy. I like the whole idea of an "open-world shooter" it was called? I just give a minus to the lifebars. They just take too much of the screen capacity in my opinion by what i saw. And that was not even a raid. All in all i'm still excited to play it and didn't regret to pre-order it. Peace!
