Cancel you Destiny pre order. Get your $5 dollars back. Save up for an Xbox One. Pre order Destiny on Next Gen. Win. You probably wouldn't play the Reach maps unless you had some friends who also had it.

When you get there, OD on oxygen.

2 RepliesSo basically, you want to do these things: -Buy a brand new game that's built to be on next gen on current gen -Buy a capture card for current gen -Don't go at all -Buy the shittiest Halo game ever created and buy a map pack which maps are NEVER going to come up for an older game. -Buy another controller
-
Buy a controller for each system for no reason

Go and ask the gamer girl behind the counter to go out.

Got someone that wants to play with you and you need the controller? Prioritize that. Think you'll have fun recording gameplay (it can actually be a fun hobby) and don't really need the controller, do that. Still plenty of time for the rest of the stuff. Map packs can be fun too.

Personally I would save for the Xbox One. Paying for destiny is a while a way and honestly you should play the beta before deciding, the game might not just be for you. The capture card is expensive and unless you have all the other software you need then I would wait until a later date. Spartan assault is a money grab, I am calling that right now so it's not worth your money. As for a second controller, if you buy an Xbox One then it's rather redundant at that point. Just my two cents on the matter.

Buy Spartan Assault and last Halo: Reach map pack*
