I mean, technically it is... Considering a "right" is something govt can't take from you, not what they can [i]give[/i] you. Even people who say, "we have a right to free healthcare and food!", don't understand what rights even are.

That's a good point. Right to life, for example, doesn't mean you need to be given life by somebody. It just means the government, public, or an individual can't take it away from you.
