I'd like to be able to cook a good steak. Every time I cook some it just taste like chewy beef.
However I've Frankly lost the will cook anything interesting, I could eat the same thing everyday and not care.

Do you buy from local slaughterhouses? My dad started to buy from those and you can[i]really[/i] taste the difference in texture and anything.

Edited by Gatsby: 2/10/2014 5:30:23 PMOh of course, local is always the best. It's cheaper and the meat is better(more succulent). Since I live alone most of the year my dad buys it by the kilo and stores in the freezer for me.
