Those updates sound fantastic. I do hope they can improve the youtube app though, because its layout is horrible right now and it's my biggest complaint. You essentially have to have a controller to navigate, which is a pain since I've come to rely on Kinect for that.

I wonder how well html5 youtube works on the IE app?

I don't know wht html5 is, but you can't watch videos on IE because it won't let you download flash or adobe or whatever the video player thing is.

Edited by lonepaul2441: 2/5/2014 4:28:42 PMI tried full view on the Youtube app/browser and I had a constant screen flickering between full screen and not full screen like 5 times a second.

The Youtube app seems bad across more than one console as the Wii U's is exactly the same. Luckily though, I'm able to use the far superior browser version. If you can do that, that's what I suggest.

Unfortunately, that's a YouTube issue. I;'ve called support about that, but they said that for the internal design and funtion of an App, that is up to the creator/developer of the App. And by the Gods... I'm not even going to attempt to call YouTube's customer "support"...

A lot of the most useful apps took a major step back from the 360. Good to hear somebody tried more than just complain on the internet like I'm doing, though.
