Halo 5 Forge

Since the Xbox One is more powerful and capable of doing more things than the Xbox 360, I expect Forge in Halo 5 to be even more advanced than it has ever been. I love to Forge and I hope it gets WAY better. Halo 4 introduced new tools that Forge needed such as magnets and duplication. But 343i didn't design the tools correctly and caused Forge in Halo 4 to be a disaster. They never bothered to fix it. The maps made for Forge were shit and too small. Sandbox from Halo 3 is bigger than the default forge maps in Halo 4. Here's how I think Forge can be improved upon: - The Dynamic Lighting from Halo 4 is a cool concept besides the "Please wait for lighting" popup when you go back to player mode. With the Xbox One being more powerful, that popup shouldn't be a problem in any future Halo title. It delays the game and is unnecessary. - Sandbox and Forge World are the best Forge maps to be created and still are. They need for be brought back, maybe add some more areas to forge on. That would be pretty cool. Or bring these maps back, but increase the playing area size. - Coordinates and Precision editing(Whenever you zoom-in on an object) needs to come back. Why they didn't bring that back for Halo 4 is beyond me. It was one of the most helpful tools Halo Reach Forge introduced and it was a great concept. - Magnets, Lock Object, and Duplicate Object all need to come back. Magnets this time however need to actually work and not be buggy as hell whenever I'm Forging. Gosh that was so annoying having a object have a seizure in Halo 4. - In the Tony Hawk's Underground games, there was a Create-A-Skatepark mode that was similar to Forge mode in Halo. With that mode, you could change the time of day you wanted to play in. That was in 2003-2004 on the PS2. Its 2014 and we have yet to see such a feature in Forge for any Halo title. Its long overdue. - Having the ability to change the weather/climate would be awesome as well. If Sandbox were to be brought back, we could change the climate to snow and have Snowbox. The Forge pieces should change as well to the type of climate they are in. This ability could provide thousands of different types of map experiences. - Forgeable AI needs to happen as well. That guy somehow manages to place AI in a modded map. 343i should take note of this and have this for Forge for everyone to use. The possibilities with Forgeable AI are endless. Maybe AI Scripts so people can create missions for custom games. Anyway, that's how I think Forge should be. If 343i wants to get the Halo audience back, they need to do this. Feel free to add any of your ideas.

I expect to see more Cloud integration in Halo 5's Forge. Hopefully we'll start seeing advanced A.I. on maps, even better dynamic lighting, no load times whatsoever, a boost to the item limit, a map that gets larger and larger through advanced processing, story-integration, real-time cutscenes, Kinect-based forging, importing maps from not just previous Halo games but games from other companies, among other things. All thanks to the Cloud.
