No, but fast forwarding through commercials on a recorded program is iffy. Essentially, no one is watching ads at that point, and you are skipping them. Not illegal and not stealing, but I could see DVR recordings having mandatory ads put into them at some point.

No, because the channel gets paid for airing the commercial, not based on how many people view it at the time.

I understand your point but that is poor logic. The commercial still runs if you change the channel. The Ad doesn't run if you use AdBlocker.
