Oh Canada...

tl;dr, the Canadian ex-Minister for Defence (he's now 90) has come out claiming that aliens exist, we've communicated with them, and there are dozens of species, including stereotypical 'greys', etc. I'd like to imagine he doesn't just have dementia, but yeah... Imagine though, if another legit whistleblower came out, revealing that this was all true; I think I'd shart myself; because the regular expression wouldn't be sufficient.

 • Here's a quote from the mains about this.

very concerned about that and the fact that we might use it again, and because the Cosmos is a unity and it affects not just us but other people in the Cosmos, they are very much afraid that we might be stupid enough to start using atomic weapons again, and this would be very bad for us and for them as well.
I could understand the idea of benevolent aliens worried for our welfare, but they would not be concerned about us using them on other species. Our missiles and bombs are incredibly clumsy and vulnerable, any decent space faring race would have lasers or something insanely accurate at their disposal (heck, America is already shooting down mortal shells with lasers). This is just an old man with dementia trying to get attention. It's a trend, note the median age of all of those "ex something something" guys.
And should TEH ALIONZ make contact... Not too sure how I'd react. It depends on their appearance, I mean, I was traumatised by ET when I was younger.
