Couple things to bear in mind: the PS4 is a low to mid level PC with loads of bloat ware on it. Exclusives be damned, you'll be buying essentially the same machine. Now, do you want to fiddle round with the settings in your games? If so, get a PC. You can adjust so much more stuff and get a way better gaming experience. Also, in 8 or so years, when the "next gen" of consoles comes out, you can do a $400-500 upgrade to your PC and get way more performance per dollar. If you just want to sit down, relax, and play a game, get the PS4.
