Turn off the electronics about an hour before bed. The artificial lights/bright colors stimulate the brain and keep you awake.

Edited by Emperor Bell: 11/3/2013 12:28:51 PMIt's not that. I mean, it's probably a minor factor, but I've got a bunch of stuff on my mind. My brain just won't shut up. EDIT: Most nights I'll be on the internet right before bed with no issues. I'm just thinking too much.
