I'm guessing the 11th card is a beta code, due to the fact it was released as a preorder bonus. This would mean it is not reusable. But here is to hoping otherwise.

I think you might be right! The original poster of the topic of the new cards said he got the 11th card only because he preordered at the convention or wherever !

I got a beta code with my preorder, which was referred to as a a promotional code with no mention of any cards.

Ya it was only preorders at that particular convention. It still may be a general code, but it may explain why it's not popping up anywhere.
