How long is a typical Civ 5 game supposed to last.
I've been playing this one match for about 3 hours a day for 3 days now, and I still haven't won this match.

About 400 ish turns was my match I think - about 3-5 hours over a whole week. Was the definition of epic.

I'm still on my first game and it's been 21 hours. I'm still not even close to being done though.

It can take days to finish them sometimes! Especially at the end game, when turns take like 3 minutes >.>

I only ever have it set to 'quick game,' which typically lasts like 3-5 hours for me, I think. For a normal game? That... man, that lasts ages...

My first game on normal difficulty with the average map size v 7 other Civs lasted around 12 hours. I won through conquering everyone else

As the previous poster said, it depends on map size and win conditions. If the win conditions in multiplayer are allowed to go past the turn condition (not sure if it can, but it can in singleplayer,) then it can last for weeks dude. Shit is intense late game.

Depends on map size and your win conditions set. I have a week long domination only modded extra extra large map and 70% done
