• Hardly. They look more like skinny weaklings in cosplay armor.

 • Spartans were always skinny...

 • Not that skinny, man. Bungie's Spartans always had, you know... muscles. Or at least the appearance of being strong/muscular superhumans. • Halo 3 and 4 are almost the same...

 • Lol not even close. You are either blind or choosing to be an idiot. Halo 3 armor actually looks like armor. There is clearly a lot more bulk to it, and it looks overall more protective than armor in Halo 4. Spartan IIs from Halo 3 without armor are still bigger than a Spartan IV in full armor. If you like the Halo 4 armor that's fine, but don't try to claim that it looks anywhere near the same as Halo 3 armor.

 • Yeah it is close lol. Get over it. And you are talking about the Spartans, correct? Spartans have been skinny from the beginning. The lack of food, sleep, and constant training have taken their toll. Spartans (without armor) aren't necessarily buff, just cut. Their muscles don't show, the reason they are so strong is because of the density of their muscles which is many times higher than an actual human.

 • Is "get over it" the only thing you can say when you are wrong? Nobody agrees with you. Look here or here. Sure, these are just two internet forums, but the point is that it's pretty obvious that people can see a noticeable difference between Halo 4 Spartans and Halo 3 Spartans. The Spartan IVs do NOT look anything like the Halo 3 Spartan IIs. I mean, just look at them. The Spartan IVs are clearly, without doubt, unarguably much thinner than the Spartan IIs. You can say all you want about their food, sleep, etc., but what can be seen by actually looking at the two versions clearly shows that they are different.

 • It's not that they're smaller, it's that their armor is more compact. ...Though, compared to Jorge, they probably are much smaller. That guy was a giant, apparently.

 • Lol who is disagreeing with me other than you about this topic?
The Spartan IVs do NOT look anything like the Halo 3 Spartan IIs.
What are you going on about? I never said they look exactly alike only that they are the same "thickness", which in fact is true. Anyway if we are talking about THE SPARTANS THEMSELVES than no, they are equally skinny and even the armor. Look at chief's armor in Halo 4 and then Halo 3. Just look up "Halo 4 Master chief v Halo 3 Master chief". Halo 4s armor is noticeably bigger. Stop blinding yourself with ignorance please, it's extremely annoying. P.S Links don't work. Unless you are trying to show me a white screen.

 •
Yeah it is close

Halo 3 and 4 are almost the same
Twice have you said that they look the same.
they are the same "thickness", which in fact is true
No, you see, THAT is exactly what the difference is. The thickness/bulkiness of the armor. And I'm not talking about the Master Chief, I'm talking about the actual multiplayer character models of Spartan IVs in Halo 4 compared to the Spartan IIs in Halo 3. If the links didn't work, they are just forum posts of people discussing the differences between the IVs and the IIs. Found both of them easily with a simple Google search. If for some reason you really can't see the difference in the designs of the characters, then fine. But I do see a clear difference. It's obvious neither of us will change our minds, so there is no point in continuing this discussion.
