i would either contact the store you bought it from and ask where the beta code is. if they say u didn't print the email out and show them.
if that still doesn't help try contacting bungie.

i was thinking about pre-ordering online from gamestop but was afraid of the same thing happening to me so i went to the nearest store. it was on the receipt.
