I hate DLCs because you have to pay for the complete game, but it IS extra content for when you get bored of what the game already has to offer.
What do you guys think?

Pay for a complete game? Lol. DLC is "extra". As long as DLC is executed right and gives valuable content then it is fair game. Also think...for the console side of marketing used games take away sales from new games but with DLC you don't have used sales. So DLC helps make sure a company will still get money from a game even if its bought used IF the person decides to pay for them. And thats what DLC is- extra/add-on content. Borderlands 2 for example. Buy the game and you get the 4 charater classes that fill the roles in a team and play the main story to face Handsome Jack with some small side quests to go along with no real depth. Borderlands 2 DLC, more fleshed out side stories with a certain theme with some side quests too. People are feeling as if they are entitled more to what they pay for. DLC for the most part if executed right is fair and extra. Its when DLC like say Metro 2033: Last Light Ranger mode is made. I mean you define Ranger Mode as the definitive Metro experience and offer it separate?
