I would like an archive/library. A grand seat of learning in which players could actually write books and have it save in the archives for others to read.

Fan fiction Bungie can hand pick like they do with custom content like they did in Halo 3 and Reach? That's be pretty cool.

I like that idea of players writing some info that others can see for themselves, like if someone wanted to write to other people encrypted stories about good weapons in the world or tales of what they have done, or even tips on fighting enemies
