Why does everyone Hat the Mammoth level in Halo 4?

Edited by RIP Tuna Man™: 9/6/2013 6:39:00 PMI don't hate it but it's one of my least favorite campaign missions. There's too much time with nothing happening. The "gameplay" is fun but sitting on the mammoth without gaining any important lore gets boring.
