The Librarian of the school however doesn't like that. She says that they're "hogging first place" and the rest of the students don't get a chance to win first/second place and get prizes cause they don't read as much as the kid does. So she says that instead, names should be picked out of a hat and that's how kids will win the prizes. And somehow, that's going to encourage more reading from kids.
