Well, to a very certain extent as in in the form of viruses.
Zombies are a sub-group of the undead which[undead]is described/defined as:
An undead is a being in mythology, legend or fiction that is deceased yet behaves as if alive
A virus does in fact act as if it's alive by creating copies of itself but through the use of unaffected cells. But what else can show a virus possibly being a "zombie"? Take a quick look at this link:
Metabolism: Living organisms must be capable of converting energy in their environment into a new form. This definition is often given in much more scientifically-precise terms, to ensure the exclusion of pure-energy reactions such as stars.
From what I remember out of my 10th grade biology class, a virus does not have a metabolism so it's technically not living but at the same time it acts living by using healthy cells to copy itself.
tl;dr a virus could possibly be considered a "zombie"

OP your post gave me cancer, you are a virus, OP is a zombie.
