She's trying to prevent the bird from flying away, and it stretches her face trying to push her away cartoon style. It isn't because of the context that it's a Disney movie and that they would be sued millions upon millions if any soccer moms saw it that way.

I know. If soccer moms noticed the anal beads on the table the same result would ensue, but they didn't. Disney didn't have to put the birds crotch in her face, but they did.
