Ok I play all 3 of these sports for my high school. And if you think American football takes more skill than basketball or baseball either your brain is drastically malfunctioning or you're a football fanboy who probably doesn't play any other sports. Literally the only positions in football that take skill are Quarterback, Kicker, Receivers, and maybe Running Backs. In Basketball you need skill for dribbling/ball-handling, passing, shooting, and for defense like rebounding and blocking. In Baseball almost everything is skill. Yo have to be able to field ground balls, catch fly balls, and throw. Pitching takes an insane amount of skill. They throw a ball at 90-100 MPH 60 feet and 6 inches into an exact point point. And try hitting one of those pitches. Hitting a 90 MPH fastball is considered one of the most difficult things in all of sports. And unless you've ever tried it you can't say anything to say otherwise.

Most skill: Basketball 2nd most skill: Baseball Least Skill:Football

Baseball: lol American Football: 30 seconds of play, 10 mins of strategy because Americans need to stop playing to remember their plays. Basketball: Gooood.

Out of the listed sports, I'll pick Baseball. However I am going to question your lack of Motorsports.

Basketball depends a lot on your ability to be as tall as the rim and flop to draw fouls. It obviously takes the most skill of any sport.
