...They have changed a ton since I played way back when. I'm still trying to figure out what they were thinking with the new runecrafting minigame, if "game" is even an apt title for that monstrocity. And the Scorpions are ranged now? The actual hell?

Didn't you say you were a player moderator at one point?

Correct, back on one of my accounts from 06 to 07. Then I sorta stopped playing for a while and I got demodded due to inactivity (they all the player moderators reply to a particular forum post). It was a great experience, I learned a ton about the internet in general and how to be an internet coolguy.

Yea they updated the combat system about 9 months ago. Believe it or not the update did not go over well with its players.
