I would also to mention that he denied being on the "citizens on patrol" which is where you get a badge, a car and act like a cop. So that flat out raypes the "he's a wannabe cop" argument

  • Yeah. And what people don't realize is he was actually SELECTED by his neighbors to be in charge of the Watch program after all of the criminal activity in the neighborhood. He was not "self appointed" nor a "wannabe".
