...so why do people think Zimmerman is racist?
He's a registered democrat who was a strong supporter of and voted for Obama. He also was part of a program that helped underprivileged children, most of them being black.
Unless he somehow became racist overnight or something.

Funny how people will call hate crime on anyone that isn't black, it's like every other minority has somehow become "just as evil" as whites in this case.
