Actually, Gold is the rarest. We haven't seen it yet. Do you know what Jones's or Staten's B.net usernames are?

Rarity pales in comparison to Glory, and Glory goes to Blue. And Achronos has the oldest Bnet account, so I doubt gold is for that.

I think it will be on his 12th year. It could also be something extremely secret since it has a similar look to the loot in Destiny.
