1. Nobody gives a -blam!- about the eye. The reason the Xbox is expensive is because you HAVE to buy the Kinect. You do not have to buy the eye.
2. The cost of a year of Live and a year of PS+ is the same. Take that price out of the equation, it offsets.
3. Microsoft did the same thing with their "exclusives". So strike that one too.
4. I'm pretty sure that the Xbone is not backwards compatible. Strike that one as well. So far we have Sony still being less money by 100 dollars.
5. You cannot have more than one person playing your license of the game at once in the Xbox family thing. If you buy a copy of CoD: Ghost for your Family of 10, then only one person in that family can play it at a time. It's like having a single physical copy of it. You can lend it to another person, but you can't both have that copy at the same time. Nice try, though.
2. The cost of a year of Live and a year of PS+ is the same. Take that price out of the equation, it offsets.
He said that, because for some reason people think it is less.
3. Microsoft did the same thing with their "exclusives". So strike that one too.
No they didn't. All the exclusives they said were for Microsoft products. So exclusives for Microsoft is not a lie.
-
It's not a lie, but they sneakily tried to pretend that things were "exclusive" by saying you would have an experience exclusive to the 360 or talking about two games together (one being exclusive and one not) so that you would think one was an exclusive. They did the same thing.
-
They didn't do the same thing. When they said exclusives, they ONLY talked about exclusive games to Microsoft products. Nothing else

Correction: 2 people at a time can use it!
Correction: 2 people at a time can use it!
Sooooource.

It's true, but the person who owns the game has to be one of the two people playing. Two people with access to your library can't both play your game. I kind of like I anyway though because that would work out great for me and my girlfriend. We could play with each other no matter what and pay 50% less for games now that we essentially get two for the price of one.
-
Again, SOoooouuuurce.
-
Heeeeeeerrrree
-
That's not the argument. We're talking about if you and one of your family can play the same title AT the same time. Or if you're restricted if someone else in your family is currently using your copy.
-
I am not quite sure how Microsoft is defining family, I'm hoping that we can just add whoever we want to that plan. But that may not be case.
-
You can always play your games, and any one of your family members can be playing from your shared library at a given time.
So you can have two people playing from the same game library, as long as the owner is one of them. That quote was directly from the article I linked, by the way.
-
Just take my word for it.
-
Credentiaaaaals?
-
Y Would I lie?
-
Why wouldn't you?
-
Because I am going to buy a PS4.
-
Yeah, but if your family of ten is all on one PS4, that is $50 to pay for their Plus every month. In that respect, you're better of with an XB1.
-
wat? Live is still per account. You still have to pay for everyone separately there as well.
-
One gold account on an Xbox One = gold services for every account on that Xbox.
-
Actually everyone on one console gets gold too. Someone else can link a source cause i'm too lazy.
wat? Live is still per account. You still have to pay for everyone separately there as well.
no it's per Xbox
