So if I understand it correctly, if you didn't get a badge, you're not going? Even the one day badges are sold out? If so, that sucks.. I guess I'll have to wait until next year...

All the badges are gone, yes. Your only hope is places like ebay where others are selling badges they don't need, but of course, buying those is risky.
