North Korea is crazy. Anyone in the US should not be worried about being attacked by them. Personally I don't see them doing anything, but the people we should be worried [i]for[/i] are South Korea and Japan. As for Iran... let's hope things don't go south. Then again, when you think about it, it's not very fair that our foreign policy is "only we can have nukes because we're America and you're not". At least in this case we're trying to keep them out of the hands of a mad man. I would suggest diplomacy and niceness work better than force and covertly starting insurrection. But at this point, I'm just preaching to the choir.
