They're gonna get re-elected for two reasons:
1) Nobody in their right mind would vote Lib Dem now
2) People don't like Miliband
As for the human rights act, some of the things that have been allowed under the HRA are absolutely ridiculous. I don't think it needs to be scrapped completely but I do think that if you have commited a serious crime (murder/-blam!- etc) then the HRA should no longer apply.

Nobody wanted any of the 3 parties in power, now nobody wants 2 of them so labour is left unless they add UKIP which could be an option.

They won't get re-elected. Although people don't like Miliband, I think he will be considered the lesser of two evils in this case.
