Saying Batman can't dodge Superman because nobody in real life can dodge Superman is like saying John isn't a SPARTAN because nobody in real life is a SPARTAN. If we're completely disregarding the fact that Batman can dodge Superman then I'm completely disregarding the fact that John has his trash can and steroids.

That is not like saying that, maybe in the slightest. But because Batman is still a normal human, just one who has reached peak potential does not make him able to do super-human feats. John on the other hand may because not only had he been trained since the age of six, but had been physically augmented as well. It is more likely that in the future humans may be physically augmented than being able to dodge a bullet at point-blank range. Also, not only am I saying that John could beat Batman, I'm also saying that he could beat him at age sixteen and even when he reaches seventy!

And yet Batman can and has performed feats impossible in real life. Y'know why? Because he's [i]fictional[/i] and thus [i]can do whatever the writers say he can do.[/i] He can dodge bullets, he can dodge Superman, he can knock out people [i]far[/i] tougher than John and go toe-to-toe with people far stronger, too. And he has. John's tough (...relatively...) but he'd be a bump in the road at best for Batman.

Then there is no point trying to argue with Batman fans as they cannot realize that just because the writers let them do things does not make them possible. If the writers of Halo said that John could beat Batman, what would you say?

Doesn't matter if it's possible or not. It's not possible for galactic donuts to wipe out galaxies, but I don't see you bitching about that. True, nobody in real life can dodge bullets...but Batman can, because he's a fictional character. Don't like it? Tough, it happened anyway. I can tell your next post will be more whining about how it's not possible [i]again[/i]. It. Doesn't. [i]Matter[/i]. It's fiction - if Batman can dodge bullets and knock out people stronger than SPARTANs, then he can, [i]period[/i], and the fact that nobody in real life could do so is irrelevant. I'd say they can't decide something like that, and it's laughable since John doesn't have anything that Batman hasn't dealt with. Super strength? Batman's fought stronger. Super speed? LOL, Batman dodged Superman. "High-tech" suit? Batman's dealt with them before, and has his own which is likely better than MJOLNIR. Guns? As if Bats doesn't deal with those every day. John doesn't even have Cortana anymore, so there goes like half his reflex speed. Not that he could keep up with Batman in the first place. Intelligence? Batman makes John look like a toddler in terms of brains. Seriously, all John has is his strength in this fight...which isn't enough to give him the win.

You're ragequitting as well? Guess that's another win for Team Batman in this thread. But to address Batman's abilities, DC's idea of peak human =/= real life peak human. Batman can do pretty much anything and still be considered peak human, because that's part of his character. Besides, [i]he's Batman[/i] - of course he can do shit nobody alive can do.

But you know what, I don't care about what DC says anymore, let's have an argument about the real thing. Just because he's been known to dodge bullets at point-blank range doesn't mean he can do it every time, also how would he dodge an assault rifle? Also, if you're going to say I "rage-quitted", then you will have to answer everything that I had thrown at you because I answered your stuff and you hardly answered half of mine. Also, peak human is peak human no matter what, it's basic logic.

That's pure and simple [i]fact[/i] and there are many feats in this thread proving it. He can dodge bullets regardless of what you say. He can dodge Superman regardless of what you say. He can knock out people tougher than John regardless of what you say. Peak human in real life =/= peak human in DC. If Batman can pull off blatantly superhuman feats in the comics, then it's unrealistic, yes, but it [i]wasn't meant to be realistic in the first place[/i].
