It's funny because 343i wrote that line... Seriously, it's obvious she's pulling Jul's leg in Spartan Ops. Even on the grounds of being an immoral scientist she'd never betray the UNSC because they're currently the most scientifically gifted faction in the galaxy (next to the Forerunners). And I'll reiterate what has been said countless times: Halsey was not changed in Glasslands, that is a delusion haters have convinced themselves of. People's [i]perspectives[/i] were changed, by way of introducing new ones.
