See, that is the part of the whole "Bungie employees bought back the Bungie name." rumor that doesn't wash -- the name isn't for sale. A bunch of Bungie staff may be leaving to form their own company, but I highly doubt Microsoft is letting anything go. They own the Bungie name, they own the Marathon name and they own Halo.
