It's illegal! So stop whining about it, because Bungie made a choice which saved them millions of dollars; otherwise everyone would have taken the new maps right off of their friend's Xbox, and therefore wouldn't have had to pay the 6 dollars and 99 cents it cost for Bungie to make them.
