Brilliant is would be a weapon that was very -blam!- by the forunner standards cuz it failed them in stopping the flood, but to the humnas and covenant it would be considered a very powerful weapon. But ideas are limited it would proboly have to be a laser or plasma like the covies and sentinals cuz thats all i know.
