HOW DO I MAKE A CLAN??????????????
IM new and i want to know how to make/join a clan?

You can't.... yet. Halo 2 will have a clan tool, and that will be interfaced with Bungie.net. You can, however, create your own group and join other groups. Just go to the community section on your navigation bar and click "The Seventh Column". Welcome to the forums, and thanks for posting your topic in the right section!
