Ive figured out the Legendary ending for H4 (Spoilers)
Spoiler...
...the Didact's speech at the end of Halo 4. The speech is from before the Didact was imprisoned. It is the final thing the Didact says before being imprisoned.
I dont have the whole speech to put into text, but you might remember some parts that support this.
