Do some of the new Halo 2 guns look or perform like older ones?
The ar:automatic bullethose w/60 rounds; smg: automatic bullethosew/60 rounds
the pistol: single shot weapon w/2x zoom; (original) br: single shot weapon w/2x zoom
just look at the bazooka and the old surface to air missle(aim, fire,reload,reapeat)
do I notice a similarity here?

the pistol has a 2x zoom and fires single shot, right? Well so did the Battle Rifle befor the gave it the ability to fire 3shot bursts. The Assult Rifle fires full-auto and has 60 rounds. So does the smg. Go to http://www.covenant-clan.co.uk/human_weaponry.htm and look at the Bazooka. Go to http://bungie.net/Games/Halo/Gallery.aspx?Gallery=PreXbox&page=3 and look at the one labled(sp) Aim.Fire.Reload.Repeat.
