There is a chapter called the Imposter Army. You might think that by having the word 'Army' in its name, that it may favor chapter wars. It doesn't. Actually, it has a Constitution database, and one of the Constitution's articles is about wars. I am hoping that you will read this article, and try to put the procedures of wars into action. Well, heres the article: [b]Section 1 [/b]-Declaring War [li]The Imposter Army of the Column strives to make peace with most chapters of the Column, but for every ally, there is an enemy, and if you are not part of the United Chapters of the Column, then you are part of the Divided Chapters of the Opposition. In order to declare war, you must: [/li] [i]Elect an official mediator/poster(messager) with the approval of the averse chapter, The Imposter Army of the Column, in this case. The opposing chapter must also declare war formally through news or forums on the opposing and averse chapter. [/i] [li][i]Allies in war must also be messged and informed of the war at hand. The founder of the opposing chapter, or whoever starts the war, must immediatley vacate any chapter that is part of the averse chapter's ally list, and must also vacate the adverse chapter if they are part of it. If any of there prime staff members who are part of the adverse chapter must quit out. The same goes for the adverse chapter. They may rejoin those chapters at the end of the war.
