Chapter Spot light?
Hm... the 7th column hasn't recived much lovin' as sketch has said, maybe he should make it up to us, by you know, updating that little thing he promised so long ago! =D But you know, that's just my opion.

stosh would be a sensible choice. Everyone knows who he is, and he already does a lot. But for a council, how about using the current Chapter Founders staff? They already have to go through three stages of selection, and the chapter itself is made up of somewhat dedicated people already.
