My highest skill is a 48 on Halo 3. I've never understood all the 50 talk around here, like if you don't have a 50, you are just terrible or something. Of all my friends and school buddies (who were the best in Halo 2 in highschool) I would say they average about a level 44. A couple of them got 46's, I got 48, and only one guy surpassed me and got a 49. I don't know any 50's personally. I tried one last time a few weeks ago to get a 49 or 50 (hadn't played the game in a couple years) and I came up against 50's all the time in matchmaking. I basically held my own, probably averaged +1, but couldn't make any progress and actually lost ground in the end, down to a 47.
