Not very scary, just weird.
Researchers Report 2377594:
10:23 PM
Subject 293 has broken out of containment when it was being given the pills. It killed Subjects 352 and 569 before escaping to Sector D15. It seems to have recruited Subject 702 and the Subjects under the effects of the EXCALIBUR program to help with the riot. 702 shows mastery of the Bio Weapon infused into his arm. He has impaled several guards with the blade and all of the Subjects have shown proficiency in all forms of firearms and the armor is exhibiting bulletproof qualities. The Bio enhancements were a complete success, however, the test subjects are reacting in an adverse way. It is currently unknown if this is linked to the Bio Enhancers or the long periods of captivity. 293's reflexes and speed make him hard, if not impossible to catch. Turns out mixing cat DNA with alien feces and feeding it to a person isn't a good idea. He lacks the armor from the EXCALIBUR program but still cannot be killed with conventional firearms. Bullet dodging capabilities have been observed in combat testing and during the riot. The members of the riot are using Subject 352's Experimental Quantum Cannon to eliminate heavy strike teams. Subject 670 was sent to retrieve the cannon. He was modified with Model 1664 Fiber-Tissue Muscle Implants. He was also given a modified strain of the EXCALIBUR armor that offers less protection but will cause the patient to be more mentally stable. I await further results. More reports will be uploaded when they are recorded.
