I'm just going to leave this here...
Edit: Unfair and disrespectful? Ha, not at all.

Umm...did you even watch the part I asked you to watch? That point was made, and an additional insight from the US leader in physics.
-
Michio Kaku's the leader of physics, Tyson's the leader of Astrophysics (If you ask me).
-
...on TV. I imagine there are many in their field devoting so much of themselves to their craft that they do not have time for being a television personality. They have earned their place, yes. I'm saying that to stay there, and not be passed up by other hard working (theoretical / astro)physicists, they'll need to spend less time in front of a camera and more time in their fields.
-
I know. "Public advocate" may have been a better substitute for "leader."
-
*facepalm* lol I meant astrophysics. Thanks for the correction. But you have to admit he is still QUITE knowlegdable in "normal" physics too, so he'd be capable of leading if he wanted to I think.
-
Well, of course. In order to study astrophysics at all, you need to go through quite a bit of schooling in regular physics.

Aye, and just because scientists also believe, doesn't mean they are right either. He also conveniently fails to mention that the "90ish % that do believe" often do the same thing to the 10ish % who don't. So I don't take what he says to heart, because even though both sides are often in the wrong, he only points out the transgressions of one, a biased argument.

It seems one sided because earlier in the video, the part that I didn't ask you to watch, was where he kind of ridiculed people who were theistic. He just made it even by making this point, by showing faults on both sides of the spectrum.
