Isn't Heroic based on how long you've been here, and Legendary is based on... something else? Mostly because I haven't posted here in a year or two, and when I came back, "Heroic Member!", but other people who have been here as long as me are Legendaries. My only guess is that Legendary is based on some complex system of posts and replies. When was this system implemented, anyways? I don't remember it.
