New Moderating Structure?

Personally I have no clue whatsoever, but apparently not everyone agrees on it. Since it's on HFCS' page, I don't think it's a big forum update, but more of a change in moderation policy.
I guess we'll have to wait for tomorrow to see what's up.

Just for clarification: 1) There are no Shadow Ninjas 2) There is no strife or "rebellion" amongst the Ninjas 3) There are no upcoming "stricter rules" 4) The Forum Ninjas were in on every part of this joke and it was conducted only with the permission and supervision of the Web Team. Imitations are not permitted without similar permission and supervision. 4) We know that this joke did not fool everybody, nor did we intend it to. In Bungie's and Bungie.net's tradition, April Fool's Day is about absurdity and fun.
