Flood Already Released On Delta Halo - Halo 2
Title for Reference.
So I was talking with a fellow member about the whole Flood conflict, both with Ancient Humanity and the Forerunners and how the Flood/Precursors returning to the Galaxy may be the ancient evil promoted for the Reclaimer Trilogy. Anyways, the convo eventually lead to the Flood on the Halo's and to the Flood that were already released and fighting the Sentinels within the Sentinel Wall.
I think I heard something about this being explained or hinted towards somewhere, but I can't remember. Does anyone know how exactly the Flood were already fighting the Sentinels on Delta Halo? Where did the mass come from to sustain them on the ring?

And the Didact, or any of the other Forerunners, fits the descriptors they've given it, which was, new, as in something the fans had never seen before (which does not fit the Didact), plus the way Frankie described the Didact in a semi-recent interview: "His persona is kind of a mixed bag. He's a heroic figure, he's a noble figure in history, and in some ways feels like a good guy - but he's much more complicated than that." Is not at al how you'd describe a pure, true villain or someone who's supposed to be an Ancient Evil. The Didact can easily and very well be an antagonist or play an antagonistic role in Halo 4 with little to no problem(s)....but he's not the Ancient Evil.
