Then he writes another chapter, waits ages until we all grow grey hair, and posts it. This is also why the quality of his writing improves over time, he actually reads feedback and uses it in the next chapters he writes. If you don't want to have to read the entire story from the forums, there's an awesome PDF in the OP.
